Installer & Crew Leader Overview
Join our growing team! We’re hiring skilled Installers and Crew Leaders for our Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Loading Dock Equipment divisions. If you take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and customer service, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
🔧 Install and service doors, openers, and dock equipment.
👥 Lead or assist crews on new installs and repairs.
✅ Ensure safety, precision, and professionalism on every job.
📞 Participate in on-call emergency rotations to provide 24/7 service.
Essential Requirements
✔️ Prior installation experience (preferred, but not always required).
🛠️ Strong mechanical or carpentry skills.
💪 Ability to lift heavy materials and work safely on active job sites.
🚗 Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
✈️ Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed for remote projects.
Job Details & Benefits
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekend work as needed.
Emergency Service: Required on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency service.
